Q: What payment options are available at Hotwire Sound & Security?A: Cash, EFTPOS, Q Card, Cheque, All Major Credit Cards, Layby, and easy finance terms to suit any budget
Q: What information is required for finance?
A: A current photo ID (drivers licence or Passport), proof of address & Income (bank statement has both)
Q: What product brands does Hotwire Sound & Security stock?
A: Hotwire stock industry leading international brands such as:
Pioneer, Alpine, JBL, Sony, Infinity, Soundstream, Rockford Fosgate, Fusion, Panasonic and more on request
Q: Is there an installation service?
A: There are technician's onsite for car audio & vehicle security. A mobile service is also available for alarm installation.
Q: Can different product brands be used together. Eg. I have a Pioneer MP3 player, do I need Pioneer speakers, or can I install another brand speaker such as Alpine?
A: Yes for the most part different brands will go together. With the common exceptions of CD changers, they require the same brand of stereo, or an FM modulator to operate. Eg. A Panasonic CD player with CD changers controls will not operate a Sony CD changer.
Q: I work full time, can I drop my car off outside business hours or can it be stored at hotwire overnight?
A: We can accommodate you if you aren't available during the day you can drop the car in the night before and we will store the vehicle inside overnight
Q: Do you have package deals if I want to design my own system?
A: Yes we can tailor a package to suit your own system design. or check out our COMBO DEALS!
Q: Do you parallel import or do you represent NZ distributors?
A: All of Hotwires products are stocked via the approved New Zealand distributors so carry full manufacturers warrantees. Don't get caught, buy the real brands!!
Q: Do you install security systems if we (the customer) supply the system?
A: Yes we are more than happy to install any security system you may supply, the cost with vary depending on complexity of the system & type of vehicle. Hotwires is an authorised retailer & installation agent for Mongoose, Dynatron & Fusion
Q: Are spare parts and service available for stocked Hotwire brands?
A: Yes as we deal with New Zealand agents, all parts and service is readily available
